Dear Sir & brother,

This years Festival is to be held under the auspices of the Old Kimboltonians’ Lodge No 7204 at Kimbolton Castle, Kimbolton, Cambridgeshire and there are just a few places left. If you are considering attending I would strongly suggest that you book in as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Places are being capped at 120 due the restricted dining facilities.

The details for the Festival that have previously been circulated are as follows:

This years Federation of School Lodges Festival will be held at Kimbolton School, Kimbolton, Cambridgeshire PE28 0EA on Saturday 31 August 2024 commencing at 2.00 p.m. Kimbolton Castle lies some 5 miles off the A14 and 7 miles from the A1 with the closest train stations at either St Neots or Huntingdon.

Details of the programme of events and a list of hotels and other local facilities are available on the Festival Page.

Bookings can be made by completing the electronic form that can be accessed by using the following link https://forms.gle/iELrz3TJaThLrZ1f9  It should be noted that due to constraints on accommodation within the school, wives / partners will not be invited to this year’s Festival.

The cost of the Festival will be £65.00 per person and is payable at the time of booking and full details are contained within the booking form.  A place will not be considered reserved until payment is received.  The total number that can be accommodated for dining is 120 so applications will be dealt with on a strictly first come first served basis.

There is plenty of car parking around the school but as Kimbolton School is a Grade 1 listed building there is no disabled access and there is a flight of stairs to enter the school and a further flight to reach the school chapel where the Lodge meeting will be held.

Yours S & F

Martin
